What is Storical? 

Storical is a Community Interest Company that provides digital solutions to organisations and communities that would like to share their stories. The core offering of Storical is an online digital storytelling platform that provides users with the ability to collect, craft and publish digital story experiences. These story experiences can be linked to objects and locations to offer outdoor story trails and indoor story exhibits. We are currently in the process of building the Storical digital storytelling platform with the intention of launching in April 2021. • To create an easy-to-use and affordable digital solution for organisations to create digital story experiences

• To develop a digital platform to share stories and encourage users to engage with heritage, place and communities in the places that they visit and live.

• To work with communities to offer a free trail creation tool for educational and preservation purposes.

Our digital storytelling platform :

We are currently building our digital storytelling platform which will provide a place to create and publish location-based digital story experiences. The online platform will offer a monthly subscription service for users to create digital story experiences. These experiences will be hosted on the Storical platform and accessible to all web and mobile devices.

Uniquely, Storical will provide the ability to link stories to locations to create outdoor story trails and indoor story exhibits using a variety of customisable templates. The Storical platform will be designed with an easy-to-use interface to ensure it is accessible for anyone, and will be supported by micro-learning to aid users in developing their story experiences.
